A Rich History of Excellence: Rhododendron 'Great Balls of Fire' was developed by Dr. Eugene Aromi, a renowned hybridizer known for creating azaleas that can thrive in the hot and humid climates of the southern United States. This particular hybrid has been meticulously bred to combine stunning aesthetics with durability, ensuring its place as a favorite among gardeners.

Difficult to propagate, very few nurseries provide this azalea. Named after Jerry Lee Lewis' "Great Balls of Fire", we strongly recommend blasting it on the speakers while you coronate this beauty in the ground.
