Vaccinium crassifolium (Creeping Blueberry) spreads its dark evergreen foliage across acidic, sandy soil while feeding birds and holding hillsides together. Kalmia latifolia 'Croft Carpet' brings the intricate flower architecture that mountain laurel is known for, compressed into a prostrate form that works beautifully along a woodland path edge.

Some of the Conradina species in this collection are federally listed as threatened or endangered in the wild. Woodlanders has been growing and propagating them since they were first introduced into cultivation, which is the only legal way to offer them at all.
